Biography
Shauna Park specializes in health and wellness coaching. She combines her bodymind integrative therapies so the body is used as a gateway to achieve self expression in a metaphorical sense. Shauna has 10 years experience in the field of health and wellness including training as a Registered Massage Therapist, specializing in CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Visceral Manipulation and Jin Shin Do ® Bodymind Acupressure.
Shauna has work experience in human resource management which includes consulting and mediating with employees and management on recruitment, work performance, staff training and employee benefits. Her accomplishments include the writing of a training manual explaining the flow of information from a manual to an automated payroll system.
She has an interest in the field of Psychology, Movement (Kinesiology) & Communications (linguistics) and the avenue of expression.
In her personal time, Shauna enjoys spending time with her two children, loves the outdoors and has a passion for the arts, music, yoga, body mind exercise and healthful fun!!
